Eugene SabalaWith more than 12 years of experience as a fitness instructor, Eugene Sabala’s approach to fitness and health is designed to bring about a balance in the mind and body through conscious awareness of the different muscle groups that are being worked.

The gym and physical activities are tools that he uses to discipline the mind and body of his clients. Every session and exercises done
during them are purposeful. Eugene uses his understanding of

how the body works to get the most dramatic transformations from his diverse clientele.

He holds a degree in fitness and nutrition from Penn Foster University and is CPR certified as well as holding a certification from the American Sports and Fitness Association (ASFA) and the International Fitness Association (IFA). Additionally, Eugene is an active member of the National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF).
