By incorporating the principals of yoga and pilates into a traditional strength training and cardio program, Eugene will give you the tools in this six week program to achieve the maximum level of flexibility, endurance and strength your body is capable of.

Your 6-week program will involve:

 

 
Week 1 - 2

Step 1: Improve Cardio Health

Through a balanced mix of cardio enhancing techniques including kick boxing, plyometrics and calisthenics, your body will immediately feel the benefits of increasing cardiovascular activity.

 
     
Week 1 - 2

Step 2: Enhance Flexibility

Building on your cardio workout, Eugene will utilize the principal movements of yoga and pilates to increase your body's natural range of motion.

Step 3: Achieve Strength

Now that you have begun the journey to increase your endurance and flexibility, Eugene will guide you through isometric exercising and weight training to truly improve your skeletal and muscular strength.
